Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable use in a high temperature environment by eliminating an electrode terminal from being shaven by strong sliding contact with a contact material or a surface from being roughened when the inserting member side electrode terminal is inserted, and obtaining high connecting stability of the contact material and inserting members in an electric connector.
CONSTITUTION: A contact material 13 composed of a conductive material of a connector surrounds at least an electrode 4 surface of a part inserted in the connector of inserting members 1 and 7 to be inserted in and connected to the connector, side surfaces coming into contact with it and the reverse coming into contact with the side surfaces with a continuous body. When the contact material is fastened by fastening means 16 and 14 after the inserting members are inserted in the contact material 13, the contact material and the inserting members are connected to each other. An area 13f projecting to a surface of the contact material to receive a reverse part of the inserting members at connecting time is arranged, and is formed in a structure that this projecting area is opposed to an electric contact part 13e of the contact material to be connected to an electrode surface of the inserting members.
