Abstract:

To provide a rotary connector device in which wiring can be connected without difficulty between a fixed member and a rotary member, and insulation of the wiring can be ensured easily and reliably.

A connector device 1 holds a rotor 5 rotatably for the body 3 with a top case 6. Connector housings 8, 10 are provided in both the rotor 5 and the body 3, and connector insertion holes 8A, 10A are provided in the connector housings 8, 10. Wiring on the rotary member side and wiring on the fixed member side are connected electrically, by a simple work of plugging the connector of wiring on the fixed member side, and the connector of wiring on the rotary member side into the connector insertion holes 8A and 10A.
