Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration to be transmitted to a connector so as to lower the adverse effect by making a case, which is integrally provided with a connector for electrical connection, abut on a on-vehicle unit through an elastic member.
SOLUTION: A cluster connector device 1 is installed in the condition that resin rings 10, which are provided in a lower surface of a cover 2B, abut on a top surface 21a of a connector housing unit 21 of a casing of an automatic transmission unit 20, and fixed to an automatic transmission unit 20 by fastening bolts 12 to screw holes 24 of the casing through earth terminal fittings 8 projected outside of a case 2 of the cluster connector device 1. Since the resin springs 10 as an elastic member are interposed between the lower surface 3 of the cluster connector device 1 and the top surface 21a of the automatic transmission unit 20, vibration transmitted from the automatic transmission unit 20 is absorbed, and a connector 4 is protected from the vibration so as to improve the reliability.
