Abstract:
To enable easy and sure connection of a flat wiring material, in a connector for the flat wiring material.
This has a housing 50 to house a terminal and a slider 66 to be inserted into and mounted on this housing, and by inserting the slider 66 into the housing 50, in a state that the terminal end of FFC 26b is inserted into the housing 50, a connector 16a for substrate is constituted so as to retain FFC 26b in the housing 50. The slider 66 is coupled rotatably to the housing 50 by one end part in the width direction. Further, at the opposite side end part of the coupling part of the slider 66, a knob 65b for operation which extends in the opposite side of the coupling part is installed.
