PURPOSE: To obtain a connector in which crosstalk is little and impedance can be matched easily by arranging two or more terminals connected by drain wires consecutively by means of connecting members so as to be formed in one united body.

CONSTITUTION: In a connector 10 for a high speed transmission coaxial flat cable 2, terminals 1a connected by drain wires 4 are arranged consecutively by means of connecting members 5. The drain wires 4 connected to the respective terminals 1a are earthed. Thereby, connection of the drain wires 4 to the respective terminals 1a can be uniformized, and dispersion of impedance can be made small, and stabilized, and a peak value of crosstalk is not changed so much, but a ringing phenomenon caused by echo can be made small.
