Title:
CONNECTOR INSERTION-COUPLING DETERMINATION DEVICE AND CONNECTOR INSERTION-COUPLING DETERMINATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010186651
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a connector insertion-coupling determination device for determining an insertion-coupling state of the connector with high precision, and a method for the connector insertion-coupling determination.

The connector insertion-coupling determination device 1 includes; a detection means to detect an acoustic information and/or an acceleration information generated at a time of connector insertion-coupling when the connector is mounted by an operator; a memory means to memorize the detected acoustic information and/or the acceleration information; a transmission means to transmit the memorized acoustic information and/or the acceleration information based on a magnitude of the acoustic information or the acceleration information; a reception means to receive the transmitted acoustic information and the acceleration information; and a determination means to determine the insertion-coupling state of the connector based on the acoustic information and the acceleration information received. The transmission means transmits the acoustic and/or the acceleration information of a second prescribed period to the reception means when and after, out of the acoustic information and/or the acceleration information memorized, a difference value between a maximum value and a minimum value of the acoustic information or the acceleration information within a primary prescribed period exceeds a threshold value.
