To provide a connector insertion inlet structure capable of restraining static electricity from infiltrating into a connector rest part.
A connector insertion inlet part 1 is provided with a base face 11 with an opening 11h formed for a connector plug-in part 15 to be inserted into from an outside toward inside, a connector rest part 13 fitted further inward from the base face 11 and connected to the connector plug-in part 15 inserted into the opening 11h, and a first lid body 17 as well as a second lid body 18 of conductivity connected to the ground fitted in free movement from a closed position blocking the opening 11h in contact with, and pushed by, the connector plug-in part 15, to an open position for opening the opening 11h to allow connection of the connector plug-in part 15 to the connector rest part 13 in accordance with movement of the connector plug-in part 15 in an insertion direction into the opening 11h, and further, in free returning from the open position to the closed position in accordance with movement of the connector plug-in part 15 in a pull-off direction from the opening 11h.
