A fitting recessed part 3 for fitting an opposite female connector is formed in a connector main body 1 and a plurality of male terminal metal fittings 5 divided into two rows are provided projecting from its bottom surface. A guide rib 8 for fitting the opposite female connector without twisting the same is formed as a separate piece. An attaching cylindrical part 13 for fitting the base part 9 of the guide rib 8 is projectingly provided in the bottom surface of the fitting recessed part 3. Around this, a filling recessed part 18 for sealant is formed. An injection nozzle (n) is inserted into the fitting recessed part 3 before attaching the guide rib 8 and its tip is placed to face the filling recessed part 18. The sealant is injected into the filling recessed part 18 and after hardening, by fitting the base part 9 of the guide rib 8 in the attaching cylindrical part 13, a projecting part 16 is fitted in a locking hole 15 and pulling-out is prevented. Since the injection nozzle is inserted in a wide space, work is easy and sticking to an unnecessary spot is prevented.
