PURPOSE: To control impedance while reducing the length of a lead wire by providing a press part having a metallized surface and attached between an elastomer connector and an attaching card to support the elastomer connector.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of elastomer connectors 14 are arranged in a circular array and held to a vertical posture by a ring board 30. The connectors 14 become the mutual connection part between a pin circuit card 12 and a DUT interface board 17. The card 17 has a probe 19 and also has one contact or a plurality of contacts connecting a semiconductor wafer 18 and an interface. The wafer 18 is placed on the support 20 and the support 20 positions a semiconductor device on the wafer 18 provided under the probe 19. A press member 44 has a metallized surface and is attached between the connectors 14 and an attaching card to support the connectors 14.
