PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector member for a pipe passage block connection and its manufacturing method in which an O-ring installation work can efficiently carried out and O-ring installation can be properly performed.SOLUTION: A connector member 1 is molded into a shape having a hollow tubular part 10 through injection of synthetic resin and used for a connection of pipe passage block. The tubular part 10 is provided with a ring-shaped seal groove 11 and an O-ring 2 is installed in the seal groove. A relation of D2>D3 is established, where D2 is a diameter of the bottom surface of the seal groove 11 and D3 is an inner diameter of the O-ring 2 before its installation under no-load application. An outer circumferential surface at a side near a tube end 10e rather than the seal groove of the tubular part 10 is provided with a conical surface inclination plane 12 of which diameter is reduced as it approaches the tubular end. It is possible that a plane 2a at the inner circumferential side of the O-ring 2 under approximate no-load before its installation is contacted with the conical surface inclination plane 12.
