To provide a connector mounting structure capable of attaining enhancement of assembling property of a vehicle body and enhancement of freedom of layout of the vehicle body by making a whole of the connector mounting part to miniaturization.

A cylindrical mounting base member 14 provided with a male screw 15 on an outer periphery is engaged with an outer peripheral surface of a damper rod 2 in the state that rotation displacement and axial displacement are restricted. A fastening nut 26 thread-engaged with the male screw 15 of the mounting base member 14 is rotatably supported on the connector 3 and a stopper part for restricting axial displacement of both members is provided between the fastening nut 26 and the connector 3. The fastening nut 26 at the connector 3 side is thread-engaged with the mounting base member 14 engaged with the damper rod 2, and the connector 3 is mounted to the damper rod 2 by fastening of the fastening nut 26 in the pressure-contact state.
