Inserting bending pieces composed of a plate material made of a metal are inserted and rotated into punched holes formed to the plate materials made of the metal fixed at the end sections of reinforcing bars for the prefabricated block and the prefabricated block is connected, and concrete or mortar is made to flow into the connector and solidified.
