Abstract:
The two sided press-in connector (1,12), has an isolated housing (7), in which a number of fixing holes are arranged for insertion of contacts, and a number of press-in contacts are inserted in the holes. The press-in contacts (6) have a bulged section with maximum width in the center of the longitudinal direction of the press-in contact and a press-in section (2,3) on each end side of the press-in contact. The bulged section has a rectangular form.
