PURPOSE: To provide a connector assuring stable connections and a printed circuit board connecting structure using the connector.

CONSTITUTION: A connector includes a clip member 3 in a box 2 and having resilience and electroconductivity, and the clip member 3 is equipped with a base end 4 provided alongside the inner surface of the box and a pinching part 5 which is so structured that the two ends of the base end 4 are bent inward to the box bottom and the tips of the bends are extended straight and parallel with each other. The wiring pattern 25 is extended to the end of the base board 22, and a connection aid member positioned alongside the base board and put in electric continuity to the wiring pattern 25 is installed on the other surface of the end part of base board 22, and upon contacting a lead frame 21 with the extension part of the pattern 25, the two are pinched and secured by the connector 30 so that the connection is generated.
