Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector provided with an ejecting mechanism whose assembling work of which can be carried out relatively easily and which is provided relatively economically.
SOLUTION: This connector provided with an ejector mechanism has a housing for supporting contacts and an arm 50 installed freely turnably in the housing. An arm-receiving slot extending in the card receiving direction is formed in the housing, and a pair of pole parts 73, 74 are formed in the inside of the slot. Moreover, a pair of recessed parts 55, 56 are formed in the arm 50. The arm 50 is received in the arm-receiving slot, and a projected part 61 is engaged with the housing to prevent the arm 50 from coming out of the slot. In the first half of the process of discharging, a card C received in the housing out of the housing, the pole part 73 and the recessed part 55 are mutually engaged to constitute the center for the first turning and in the second half, the pole part 74 and the recessed part 56 are mutually engaged to constitute the center for the second turning.
