Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector in which cross talk between coupled conductors is lessened and by which conductors are connected easily and to lessen cross talk in a plurality of coupled conductors connected in the connector.
SOLUTION: A modular type plug connector 20 is provided with positioning paths 30 aligned in a row in a plane to carry out positioning in order to connect respective conductors 21 by a plurality of flat and insulator-peeled contacts 36. A plurality of conductor-connecting slots 34 are so formed in respective conductor-positioning paths 30 in parallel so as to be communicated with the paths 30, and when insulator-peeled contacts are inserted into conductors in order to connect contacts, respective conductors are urged to the insides of the slots and shift the positions of neighboring conductors. A hooking arm 50 having a free end is installed in the modular type plug and the free end 52 is extended downward toward a tip part wall 25 of the connector and terminated at a position near the surface of the connector or the free end is extended to the inside of a dent part of the surface of the connector.
