Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for transversely laid metal roof materials which connector copes with expansion and contraction of the roof materials caused by fluctuation of the temperature, and prevents rattling of the roof materials inserted and fitted into insertion receiving members.
SOLUTION: The connector comprises a connector base plate 1 on which the metal roof materials B1(B2) are laid, and the insertion receiving members 2 into which side edges C of the roof materials B1(B2) are inserted and fitted. In the connector, the receiving members 2 include sliding members 3, respectively, formed in an integrating manner so that the sliding members 3 may slide on the base plate 1. The sliding members 3 and the receiving members 2 are formed movably in a direction of the transverse laying of the roof materials B1(B2).
