To provide a connector unit which can be miniaturized with sure connection, an electronic equipment system, a main body equipment and a card-shaped electronic equipment provided with the same.

A first connector 34 of a card-shaped electronic equipment is provided with a number of connecting holes opened toward a first connecting face 37 and with a connecting terminal fitted inside. A connector main body 36 is provided with a first and a second engaging holes 58a, 58b opened to the first connecting face at both sides of a connecting hole array. A connector main body 60 of a second connector 48 of a main body equipment is provided with a second connecting face 62 with almost the same width and length as the first connecting face, a number of terminal pins 64 protruded from the second connecting face, and a first and a second guide protrusions 66a, 66b protruded from the second connecting face and arranged at either end in the direction of arrangement of terminal pins inserted into the first and the second engaging holes respectively. The first and the second guide protrusions has a larger protrusion height than the terminal pins and has cross section shapes different from each other.
