To expand transmission band and transmission distance by combining a wideband filter formed by interposing a composite magnetic body comprising a single or a plurality of thin film magnetic bodies which have specified compositions and the self impedance of a TP pattern part between thin plate substrates, and a specific impedance element formed by winding a signal wire on an apparent magnetic body, and a constant current drive system passing constant current at all times, independently of the load state.
A composite magnetic body formed by combining a single or a plurality of thin-film magnetic bodies having the same thickness (magnetic body thickness of 0.01 μm-500 μm) and the same heat treatment condition with the self impedance of a TP pattern part is interposed between thin substances, and a signal wire is wound on an apparent magnetic body to form a wideband filter. The material composition of the thin film magnetic body is Fe: 1-30%, Ni: 30-82%, Cu: 0-20%, Mo: 0-10%, or Co: 60-80%, Nb: 1-20%, Zr: 1-20%, and the pattern width is set 10-50 μm.
