Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector, falling of which from a mating connector can be prevented without using an extra component.SOLUTION: A connector can be connected with a mating connector. The connector includes a shield cover. The shield cover has a pair of side plates, a pair of arms, a pair of engaging pieces 570, and a pair of coupling portions 560. The arm extends along the side plate on the inside thereof, and can displace at least partially so as to separate from the side plate. The engaging pieces 570 are connected with the arms, extend farther outside than the side plates, and can displace together with the arms. The coupling portions 560 couple the side plates and the arms. In a state where the connector is connected with the mating connector, the engaging pieces 570 can engage with the engaging holes 12a of the mating connector.
