Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate play of a jig in the width direction to solve the problem with connectors of the prior art that they have poor controllability since no means for positioning the jig in the width direction are provided and therefore the jig is likely to idly move during control.
SOLUTION: A pair of ribs 16 located to sandwich a jig 30 from both sides are projected from the outer surface of a housing 10. When the front end of the jig 30 is hooked to a retainer 20 to displace the retainer 20 from a main locking position to a temporary locking position through lever action, the swing of the jig 30 in the width direction is regulated by the ribs 16 to stabilize control.
