PURPOSE: To prevent intrusion of dust, and to prevent electrostatic by covering a first mold body with a second mold body, and whereby preventing a contact and a member from being exposed to the outside.
CONSTITUTION: A first mold body (rotation shaft) 2 is made of PBT resin, and an FPC 11 is wound around a part 8 and is thus fitted thereto. An end side 11 of the FPC 11 is abutted on a flange 7, and is positioned by the hole of the FPC and by the protrusion of the shaft 2. A second mold body (rotor mold) 3 comprises a main body 19 and a cover 20, and is made of PBT resin. The rotor cover 20 works with the main body 19, and functions as a bearing of a stator shaft 2. pawls for fixation 41a-41d on the upper four corners of the rotor cover 20 are fitted in grooves 42a-42d on the four corners of the main body 19, and the rotor mold 3 is thus formed. When the rotor cover 20 is fixed to the main body 19, the stator shaft 2 is interposed inside between the cover 20 and the main body 9. Dust is prevented, while contact by a human hand or by an object matter is also prevented, and electrostatic breakdown thus does not occur.
