PURPOSE: To easily execute an operation of a test, by arraying a switch which is capable of executing a binary display manually, on a console panel in a byte unit, setting a program constituted of a machine language, and executing it by operating a console.

CONSTITUTION: A console operating signal 10 is decoded by a console operation selecting decoder 11, and selects console separately processing parts 20, 21.... When programming is executed by a binary display (machine language) by turning on and off a switch on a panel which is not shown in the figure, a signal of a console operation instructing signal 10 is inputted, and separate processing such as store, display, etc. is executed by the console operation selecting decoder 11. In this case, when the instruction is given to a program board 30, a switch operating instruction on the board, indicated on the program board 30 is executed as it is. In this way, the program is directly instructed by an operator, and it is suitable for debug processing.
