Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a console management device which can manage an engineering work station EWS terminal so that it is operated by means of a proper user without troubling the user.
CONSTITUTION: A reader-writer 21 which is approximately connected to the EWS terminal 1 and which periodically transmits data through a radio wave 22 and a portable non-contact card 20 which has a data communication part and a data storage part and which returns different data to the reader-writer 21 are provided and the device manages the EWS terminal 1 so that it is operated by the user having the non-contact card 20.
