To provide a console panel which is recycled with easy operation and deters the recycled components thereof from decreasing in quality and increasing in cost even when the console panel employs constitution that a position shift preventing member is stuck and fixed to a display member or input member with a double-sided adhesive tape, and to provide an image forming apparatus equipped with the console panel.

The console panel comprises a plate type display member which displays operation pictures and messages, a transparent plate type input member 2 which is mounted on the display member 1, a position shift preventing member 3 which is arranged at the periphery between the input member 2 and display member 1 and prevents them from shifting in position, a double-sided adhesive tape 4 which sticks and fixes the position shift preventing member 3 to the display member 1 or input member 2 and has tensile strength larger than peeling strength for peeling the stuck members from a sticking surface, and a console panel case 5 which holds the display member 1 or input member 2 stuck and fixed with the double-sided adhesive tape 4.
