PURPOSE: To facilitate the adjustment of discharge amount and enable minute discharge and constant amount discharge to be carried out with high precision by feeding a highly viscous material such as adhesive, filler, under pressure which does not fluctuate and is stable.

CONSTITUTION: A highly viscous material constant amount discharge device consists of a pressurizing tank 10 which feeds a highly viscous material under pressure, a screw pump 18 which feeds the material fed under pressure under increased pressure, and a motor 30 with decelerator which drives the screw pump 18 by inverter control. An air vent mechanism for stable discharge is provided in the screw pump 18, and many cartridges which facilitate the supply of the material and in which filler is sealed are provided in a pressure feed tank.
