PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current output circuit capable of supplying the current of sharp rise and the current of high frequency, a square wave current generating circuit using the same and a triangular wave voltage generating circuit using this square wave current generating circuit. SOLUTION: One terminal of each of switches S1 and S2 is connected to an output point 4 of a current mirror circuit 1, the other terminal of the switch S1 is connected with the low potential side GND of a power source through a resistor R2, S2 is connected with an output terminal 3 of the constant current output circuit, a switch circuit 2 is composed of these switches S1, S2 and resistor R2 and S1 and S2 are operated with opposite phases. By turning on/off the switches S1 and S2, the current of sharp rise and an output current Iout 11 of high frequency are outputted from the output terminal 3.
