PURPOSE: To vary a time width of a current outputted as a pulse to an infinite value by synthesizing a high speed pulse current booster and an output current or an output voltage of a low speed DC current booster.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st constant current circuit 5 comprising high speed amplifiers 6A, 6B and an amplifier 8, the 2nd constant current circuit 6 comprising low speed amplifiers 6A, 6B and the amplifier 8 are connected in parallel. A bias circuit 7 is set so that an output voltage 6C of the constant current circuit 6 is higher than an output voltage 5C of the constant current circuit 5. A timing signal T1 from a terminal 2 operates an analog switch 4 to turn on/off the constant current circuit 6. A timing signal T2 from a terminal 3 operates the analog switch 4 to turn on/off the constant current circuit 5. The timing signals T1, T2 are turned on simultaneously and the timing signal T2 is turned off after the timing signal T1 is turned off. The on/off time of the timing signal T1 and the on/off time of the timing signal T2 are varied to change the width of the synthesized output.
