This constant flow rate pump device 10 has a rotating speed correction control part 28 and a driving control part 22 for controlling a driving part 18 for rotatingly driving the respective rotary displacement type pumps 11 so that a flow rate of liquid such as a coating agent delivered from respective delivery ports 12 of a plurality of rotary displacement type pumps 11 becomes a predetermined preset flow rate; and has a liquid temperature detecting part 27 for detecting the temperature E of the liquid sucked in the respective rotary displacement type pumps 11 and an ambient temperature detecting part 27 for detecting the ambient temperature S of the plurality of rotary displacement type pumps 11. The rotating speed correction control part 28 and the driving control part 22 control a rotating speed of the respective rotary displacement type pumps 11 on the basis of the stator temperature by arithmetically operating the stator temperature of the pumps 11 on the basis of the liquid temperature E and the ambient temperature S.
