To provide an automatic valve device capable of preventing the occurrence of poor drainage due to clogging with foreign matter or production of a product material and capable of avoiding the occurrence of such a situation that a main valve is not closed, and to provide a constant flow rate needle valve used for the automatic valve device.
A constant flow rate needle valve 1 includes: a body 2 which has an inflow port 5 having a primary pressure inflow chamber 6, a flow rate regulation chamber 8, a draining port 23 communicating the inflow regulation chamber 8 with an external part and a standard pressure chamber 7; a needle support part 15 which is arranged in the body 2 so as to isolate the standard pressure chamber 7 from the flow rate regulation chamber 8 and is configured to be movable to the standard pressure chamber 7 side and the flow rate regulation chamber 8 side in accordance with a pressure in the flow rate regulation chamber 8; a needle 18 which is supported by the needle support part 15 and moves such that one end is attached and detached with an inflow pore 14 in conjunction with a movement of the support part 15; a communication path 21 which communicates the primary pressure inflow chamber 6 with the flow rate regulation chamber 8; and a multi-orifice 24 which is arranged in the draining port 23.
