This constant indoor ventilation system is provided with the air exhaust fan 4 for constant indoor ventilation, an air exhaust port 3 for sucking indoor air by driving the air exhaust fan 4, and an air supply port 6 for constant indoor ventilation for taking outside air into an indoor part. An air supply port 9 for a short circuit capable of changing an opening area is formed near the air exhaust port 3. The air exhaust fan 4 may be composed of, for example, a range hood fan capable of switching a small quantity of air operation for constant indoor ventilation and a large quantity of air operation for increasing a quantity of air more than the small quantity of air operation.
