To provide a discharge nozzle which exerts a backflow preventive function without using a mechanical structure and restricts the backflow of a content and air constantly in an open state, and a liquid container having the discharge nozzle.
The discharge nozzle is attached to a discharge outlet of the flexible container which is deformed under an external pressure to discharge the content. The discharge nozzle has an inner liquid passage, which penetrates in an area ranging from the container body side to the discharge outlet and has a part consisting of a gap path sandwiched between a pair of surfaces. The gap path have such a size as to make the liquid content stall and hardly flow through the passage due to its viscosity or surface tension under a normal pressure, so that the content is discharged when the container body is pressed upon discharging the content but the content and air in the passage of the nozzle are prevented from flowing back into the container body when the press force is removed.
