Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sure pitch feed and reduce the manufacturing cost and working man-hour by providing a simple mechanism of accurately moving a member to be fed by a fixed or constant pitch by a single push operation to a plate.
SOLUTION: A plate 3 has a plurality of engaging protrusions 8 at a feed pitch interval and a feed member 2 has therein a plate 3 capable of moving freely in the feed direction and is formed of saw-tooth shaped slide groove 4 composed of continuous inclined groove 41 and lock groove 42. A tempolarily fixing member 7 temporaliry fixes the feed member 2 from the side. A pressure transmission member 10 is interposed between the plate 3 and the feed member 2. A slide pin 11 is inserted at its and into the groove 4 and it is energized with the groove 42 to the transfer direction. Accordingly with a simple structure, a reliable and easy-to-operate mechanism is provided at an inexpensive manufacturing cost and with a reduced work man-hour.
