To easily fit a cover with a built-in electric mechanism on a container and to fit it on the next container after the former container has been used up by providing a mechanism for vertically moving a delivery pump, its driving motor and a cover having a push button freely removably to the container.

On the outside of a mouth part 3 of a container 1, a cover 4 having an electric drive mechanism inside for operating a pump 2 is fitted via a coupling 15. In the electric drive mechanism for the pump 2, a motor 5, a crank 7 driven by a gear pump 6, a slider 9 fitted vertically slidably on a guide shaft 9 hanging from the upper wall surface of the cover 4, and an oscillating link 11 are installed. The oscillating link 11 is attached pivotally to a crank pin 10 of the crank 7b at one end, and is attached pivotally to the slider 9 at the other end. The slider 9 is arranged on the upper surface of the discharge pump 2. Therefore, only by touching a push button, a fluid material of a constant quantity determined by a travel quantity of the slider 9 is discharged.
