PURPOSE: To feed a constant quantity of the powder paint. etc., with high precision in a simple manner, by forming the measuring equation for the transfer quantity and the output voltage from the result of the measuring which is carried out previously for the transferred material, inputting the set quantity, and outputting the voltage based on the measuring equation into an electromagnetic feeder.
CONSTITUTION: The selecting switch for working-measuring of a setting device 1 is set to measuring, and measuring is carried out with a prescribed voltage through the sampling measuring for the material discharged from an electromagnetic feeder 9 for a certain time. After the measuring, a gun No., measuring No., and the measuring value are inputted into the setting device 1. The transfer quantity of the material and the measuring equation of the output voltage are prepared in a control part 2 from the measured value of the setting device 1. The control part 2 outputs the voltage based on the measuring equation into a constant amplitude controller 3. In the constant amplitude controller 3, the necessary voltage is outputted into an electromagnetic feeder 9 by the voltage supplied from the control part 2. Accordingly, the powder paint, etc., can be transferred in a constant quantity from the large quantity to the small quantity, in a simple manner.
