CONSTITUTION: As for a constant speed traveling controller for vehicle equipped with the feedback control means 10 and 34 for feedback-controlling the throttle opening degree for allowing the actual vehicle speed to accord with the target vehicle speed, on the basis of the difference between the actual vehicle speed and target vehicle speed, the feed/forward control means 10 and 34 for controlling the throttle opening degree to a prescribed value independently of the difference between the actual vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed are installed. Further, a selecting means 11 which operates the feedback control means when the speed change operation of an automatic transmission is not carried out, while operates the feed forward control means during the speed change operation of the automatic transmission is provided.
