PURPOSE: To realize prohibition of control and prevention of error for priority of safety to improve safety and operationability in the case of interruption or cancellation of constant speed traveling by closing a throttle with a predetermined rule.
CONSTITUTION: When a constant speed traveling switch 1 is turned ON, a control unit 7 compares a detected speed obtained by a speed sensor 2 and a target speed. Then, the control unit 7 outputs the control command to a throttle so that a throttle open degree obtained from a throttle sensor 6 coincides with a target open degree. Namely, at the time of control of constant speed traveling, ON/OFF of the constant speed traveling switch is detected, and in the case of ON, the cancellation command of constant speed traveling is detected. In the case that the cancellation command is not detected, constant speed traveling is performed, and in the case that the cancellation command is detected, a throttle open degree is controlled. In this case, when constant speed traveling is interrupted or canceled, the throttle is closed with a predetermined rule, or a target speed is lowered with a predetermined rule, and furthermore, a brake is controlled with a predetermined rule.
