Abstract:
To provide a constant velocity universal joint which can be efficiently cooled for improved durability and which is the best for a propeller shaft.
The constant velocity universal joint comprises an outside joint member, an inside joint member having an inner diameter hole 5 connected with one end of a shaft, and an end plate 15 for closing an opening portion of the outside joint member on the counter shaft protruded side. The shaft 8 is a hollow shaft, and the end plate 15 has a through-hole 23. The through-hole 23 is connected to an opening portion 3a of the shaft 8 on the end plate side via an expandable and flexible hollow body 20.
