Abstract:
To provide a constant voltage circuit capable of achieving high-speed response and low current consumption.SOLUTION: The constant voltage circuit according to an embodiment includes: a first gain stage 10 for outputting first voltage V1 obtained by amplifying difference between partial voltage VFB of output voltage VOUT and reference voltage VREF; a first transistor Pp the one end of which is connected to an input voltage terminal T1 and the other end of which is connected to an output voltage terminal T3 to control output voltage on the basis of the first voltage applied to a gate; a second transistor N5 for controlling current flowing in the first gain stage; a first circuit 31 for converting the variation amount of the output voltage into first current I3a; and a second circuit 32 for controlling gate voltage of the second transistor on the basis of second current I3ac corresponding to the first current. If the gate voltage of the second transistor is first threshold voltage or less, third current I1a is caused to flow in the first gain stage. If the gate voltage is larger than the first threshold voltage, fourth current I1a+I1b is caused to flow in the first gain stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
