PURPOSE: To output the constant-voltage that is set at a high level right after the output start and then at a low level and kept at a fixed level and also to secure the analog change of the constant voltage.

CONSTITUTION: This circuit is provided with a switch 3 which is turned on and off by a control signal, a capacitor C which is connected in series to the switch 3, a constant-voltage element 4 which is connected in parallel to the capacitor C, and a pull-up element 5 which is connected between the output terminal of the element 4 and a power supply. In such a constitution, the constant-voltage output OUT is charged in two stages in an analog way.
