Title:
CONSTANT VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0352012
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To output an invariably stable output by compensating variation in bias voltage due to variation in source voltage by a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:An emitter follower circuit (c), a voltage dividing circuit (b), and a current mirror circuit (a) are provided and a 2nd resistance element R2 and a 4th resistance element R4 are so constituted as to have mutually equal resistance values. Thus, the circuit consists of the resistance elements, a diode, and a transistor and an integrated circuit is constituted without altering a process specially. This circuit is so constituted that the current mirror circuit (a) cancels the variation in the bias voltage of the emitter follower circuit (c) due to the variation in the source voltage. Consequently, the invariably stable voltage can be outputted irrelevantly to the variation in the source voltage.
