Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent signal potential from being influenced by the dispersion of characteristics in the production of transistors(TRs) by providing this constant voltage source circuit with a TR serial body consisting of many TRs, using one end of the serial body as a constant voltage output terminal and connecting plural circuits for adjusting a change in the characteristics of the TRs to the output terminal. CONSTITUTION:The constant voltage source circuit is constituted of n-channel MOS TRs N1 to N8, N15 to N18, a p-channel MOS TR P1, output voltage adjusting circuits 101 to 104, and a constant voltage source V1. The n-channel enhancement TRs N1 to N8 connected to a signal B in series determine the output voltage of the signal B. The gates of respective TRs are connected to respective sources. The TRs N15 to N18 and the circuits 101 to 104 for outputting gate signals for the TRs N15 to N18 adjust the output voltage of the signal B. Thus the upper limit voltage of the signal B can be adjusted to four steps by changing the outputs of the circuits 101 to 104.
