By transforming the rotary motion of a motor 42 into the lifting motion of a piston 46, the loss of energy transformation is minimized, achieving a power-saving position control of the piston 46. Thereby, the constant water depth floating body 100 can be driven for a long period of time. The constant water depth floating body 100 can be formed inexpensively because a known device or member is applicable thereto.
