Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a food frying device of cooked food is generally constituted in a shape including a cook oil tank upper part continuing to an exterior excluding a fried food pan, the exterior part supported by and connected to the oil tank upper part reaches a high temperature in a relatively wide range by heat conduction of the oil tank at high temperature, and generates energy loss due to heat radiation and that a device of the oil tank used with water and oil has handling difficulty in discharging water in cleaning.SOLUTION: The cooking oil tank of the food frying device of cooked food and a partition wall 2 constituting a wall face by arranging a space on an outer side of the oil tank are arranged. An upper part of the partition wall is hollow and is separated away from the oil tank. High temperature of the cooking oil tank is not heat-conducted via an exterior extended in an upper part of the oil tank. In an oil tank used with water and oil and an oil tank arranged in a frying food device, a partition part/partition plate is arranged in the oil tank to partition the oil tank and a discharge partition part is arranged so as to perform water discharge and cleaning water supply appropriately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
