Abstract:
To provide a constraint brake device having a lift-cage trigger device having different braking effects in upward and downward moving directions.
A rocking device is tilted by a tension member 4 up to supports 13.1, 13.2 beyond the dead center of the rocking device according to an upward or downward moving direction. The tilting causes one or the other pan type yield joint 6.1 or 6.2 to be pressed against a biased adjustable compression spring 10.1 or 10.2, and movable brake shoes 14, 15 and fixed brake shoes 30, 31 are pressed against a guide rail 7 accordingly. The compression springs 10.1, 10.2 aligned within a spring block 22 can be individually variably biased from respective adjustment screws 11.1, 11.2.
