The upper face of one end of a belt-shaped stretch base cloth 2 is attached with the stretchable female type hook-and-loop fastener 3 along with the base cloth 2, the lower face of the other end of the stretchable base cloth 2 is attached with at least two male type hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 4 at some interval apart in the length direction, and stretchable areas 5 are formed between the male type hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 4, so that the base cloth 2 of the constriction device 1 can extend/contract even between the two male type hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 4.
