PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a construction period from being extended by predicting whether or not strength in a management period satisfies a management threshold.SOLUTION: A construction body strength management method, comprises: a preparation process S10 to prepare a management reference function which includes a relation between strength of a material constituting a construction body and lapse time; a waveform acquisition process S21 to acquire a waveform of acceleration applied to a weight 3 when the same collides against the ground 13 after a lapse of strength acquisition time t since construction of the construction body; an actual measurement strength calculation process S22 to obtain uniaxial compressive strength qu(t) of the ground 13 after the lapse of the strength acquisition time t with the waveform of the acceleration input into a theoretical formula based on Hertz impact theory; and a determination process S23 to determine whether or not the uniaxial compressive strength qu(28) of the ground 13 after the lapse of 28 days since the construction of the construction body satisfies a management threshold quusing the management reference function, the strength acquisition time t and the uniaxial compressive strength qu(t).
