A construction elevator is equipped with liftable carriers 2 guidingly borne on a pair of rising and falling bearing bodies 10 and 10 borne on the skeleton, etc., of a structure and arranged at a required interval, and the rising and falling bearing bodies 10 are held in a required section and are equipped with a function capable of climbing with driving machines. Then, the rising and falling bearing bodies 10 are equipped with a guide rail 12 for hugging rising and falling frames 3 of the carriers 2 and a rack 15 for rising and falling on the fronts of them and are equipped with mounting section of bearing legs 20 borne on the skeleton of the structure and a guide rail 13 in the case of climbing on the rears to integrate them into a unit, fixed brackets 27 for bearing the rising and balling bearing bodies 10 are provided to the bearing legs 20 in a detachable manner, and guide rollers 23 for holding position in the case of climbing.
