PURPOSE: To improve the workability and greenage effect in preventing the breaking and the falling rock by a method wherein a plurality of blocks placing the inclination anti-breaking net are closely laid in order, planting the space thereof with the grass.

CONSTITUTION: The concrete block 1 is disposed adjacently and closely against the inclination 11 with the inclining condition. A concave groove 1b and a convex line 1a of respective block adjacent to the convex line 1a and the concave groove 1b constructed monolithically at the preiphery of one block 1 are dovetailed to join fixedly a number of blocks by tightening with a bolt 3 and a nut 4. An anchor 5 is driven into the inclination 11 at the central position of respective block 1 to press down the net 2. The planting soil 6 is laid under the net 2 to allow to plant the grass 7 grown on the net 2 at the inner space of respective block for providing the greenage at the inclination.
