To provide a construction machine which facilitates the correction of height deviation between a counterweight and a building cover and the inclination of the counterweight without removing the counterweight, to thereby improve the quality of the appearance thereof.
In the construction machine, a height and inclination adjusting means is arranged between a rear portion of a main frame 3 and the mounting surface 5a of the counterweight 5, and has a support means 101 having a tapered surface 101a, an adjusting means 102 mounted at a location spaced away from the support means 101, and a moving means 103 arranged between the adjusting means 102 and the support means 101, and having a tapered surface 103a vertically movable along the tapered surface 101a by adjusting a bolt of the adjusting means 102. Then the counterweight 5 arranged on the moving means 103 is set in a vertically movable manner.
